The winner must also provide legal documentation proving they are a current 1st Responder, Active U.S. Military, U.S. Veteran or IDF Soldier / Veteran. The winner will be notified by email. The service to be won will depend on what the winner has as a property and what regulations they are bound by in any real estate contract. The winner may gift the winning service to another party, which then removes the winning party from the win as it is transferred to another winning party. Engine Company 24 Hydro Wash LLC is released from any and all liabilities involved with this drawing . The winning service is a gift and not a "cash out" value for the winner. If the winning party does not confirm their win by responding to the email confirmation within 72 hours, they forfeit the drawing and a new drawing will be held. Engine Company 24 Hydro Wash LLC reserves the right to deny service at any point in time without recourse or retaliation by any party.
